AFJROTC Chocolate Sale Fundraiser - Action Needed!

Dear Parents and Cadets,
I hope this message finds you well! We are excited to announce our upcoming AFJROTC Chocolate Sale Fundraiser, which is one of our two annual fundraising events. This year, we’re asking each Cadet to sell at least one box of chocolates.
Important Details:

• Sales Start: Wednesday, November 6
• Sales End: Friday, November 22
• Box Contents: Each box contains 60 chocolate bars, sold for $1.00 each.
• All money should be returned no later than Monday, December 2, 2024

Participation Instructions:

1. Complete and return the fundraising permission slip attached to this email if you’d like your cadet to participate.
2. Collect $1.00 for each item sold.
3. Place the money in the collection envelope provided in each case. No Pennies
4. When you have sold all 60 items, return the money to your instructor as soon as you arrive at school.
5. You can receive another case of chocolate with a parent or guardian's consent.
6. Payments should be made in cash (please exchange coins for bills) or check/money order made out to AFJROTC TX-20081 Forney ISD.
7. No door-to-door sales without a parent or guardian present.
8. Parents, please help by selling to friends, family, and coworkers, and share on social media!

Permission slips initially were sent out with Cadets about 3 weeks ago and we currently have about 83 who have not yet returned their form. If you have not done so, please take a moment to read, sign, and return the slip as soon as possible. Your support is vital for us to successfully raise funds to support our events.
